Study: Why creating Todos are not stupid.

I was just thinking about why the procrastination has hit the peaks recently and why I don’t work on my side projects on the weekends anymore. What I realized is that I used to create these todos for any stupid little task. So the actual goal was to cross the task off the list which took less effort rather than working on the task itself and that goal would eventually make me work on the task. Does that make sense? 🙄
